Yet another successful trip to the Emerald Isle organised by Bamforth Tours. This time it was Dublin being the Under 10's destination to play a round robin tournament with the famous Tolka Rovers. The event was staged over two days - Saturday and Sunday - at the The Frank Cooke Complex with The Boys being the eventual winners.
The whole weekend was a great experience and we cannot thank enough our hosts Tolka Rovers for their welcome and hospitallity and hope to see them again in the future. It was our leader Dean Bamforth, yet again, who presented our hosts as a thank you a Silver Salver and a special centenary shirt from the oldest club in the world - Sheffield F.C. |

Our Under 9s travelled to Northern France over the Easter weekend to compete in two tournaments organised by ES Fenain and ASEA. The club received a very warm welcome from their hosts during their visit. Our two teams were placed 4th and 5th at Fenain and 5th and runners-up at Allennes les Marais. Also our dads managed two wins but unfortunately our mothers lost on penalties after being challenged by the parents of ASEA. We thank all those involved with both clubs for giving us such a wonderful experience and such happy memories. Click HERE for photos. |
